Opening of Velociti Europe Limited signals larger commitment to European customers
Velociti Inc., mobile installation and deployment specialists, today announced the opening of Velociti Europe Limited. The decision to establish the new division, based in London, England, strengthens the company's commitment to its ongoing activities in Europe, where it has been serving customers with a range of services for the past three years.
"Velociti has been working steadily in Europe since 2003, providing a growing number of customers with installation and deployment services within our core markets including transportation technology and wireless local-area technology," stated Michael Kahn, CEO. "Establishing Velociti Europe Limited makes sense for the company and our expanding customer base. As demand for Velociti's services expands we plan to add satellite facilities across the continent."
Named to head Velociti Europe Limited is Steve Grafflin, European Director. The former mobility manager for Office Depot in the US brings nearly a decade of experience to the newly created role. In addition, he has first hand experience with Velociti. "I was so impressed with Velociti's work when Office Depot did a major technology deployment that I went to work for them," he said. "I'm looking forward to serving the customers of Velociti Europe Limited with the same high quality work."
Velociti Europe Limited, according to Deryk Powell, COO, will offer customers all of the mobile installation and deployment services available to US businesses. Included are site surveys, installation, data cabling, wireless network analysis, design and tuning, project planning and management, accessory design and production, staging and configuration, and post installation support services. A hallmark of Velociti's offerings is its Web-Based Data Management solution, a Data Mining portal that provides secure access to project information based on customer-defined parameters.
